The International University of Catalonia (UIC) invites highly motivated postdoctoral
researchers to apply for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral
Fellowship, hosted by its Bioengineering Institute of Technology (BIT). BIT was founded to drive innovation in stem cells, biomaterials, and tissue regeneration technologies, and is quickly becoming a leading institution in its field.
BIT’s team includes top-tier scientists, with several ranked among the Stanford Top 2% of global researchers. The institute is active in national and European projects, and has secured prestigious fellowships including Juan de la Cierva, Beatriu de Pinós, and
Ramón y Cajal. BIT researchers regularly publish in top journals such as Advanced
Materials, Biomaterials, and Materials Today.
The MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships aim to:
Enhance the creative and innovative potential of PhD-holding researchers
Support advanced training and international/interdisciplinary mobility
Offer up to 2 years of funded research, career development, and networking
opportunities across Europe BIT Research Areas
Hydrogels for tissue regeneration
Biomaterials for angiogenesis
